Phillip Redferne and Eliot Gardiner are artificers working for Edward Kyteler, developing new magickal techniques for the war effort - or the way they see it, finding new and exotic ways to make things go boom. Their inventions might not always be practical, but one thing's certain - if they can't do it, nobody can.
